Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and project analyst with a blended background in technology, data, reporting and scorecard/metric development. The candidate must be able to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment by delivering timely accurate results as the contact of numerous wide executive level reports. As a business analyst, you will: Gather, model and analyze data to test hypotheses and size opportunities of major change programs and process improvement projects Develop and refine recommended solutions to address issues and capture opportunities Compile presentations to summarize findings/recommendations and take part in syndication process to senior management. Partner with stakeholders in all activities Complete assignments involving metrics/reporting and intranet tools Consult with operational business units to aid in development of KPIs and KRIs Serve as subject matter expert on reporting tools Ensure consistent high-quality timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports Play a key role in maintaining the strategic infrastructure to support business reporting requirements in compliance with financial corporate audit and security standards
